The architect evaluates the project with the owner, bringing in zoning guidance when a more complex proposal needs an early approvability check.

Before founding Kojo Simpson Architect, Kojo worked with architectural firms in the United States and abroad, including Gruzen Samton, Mancini Duffy, and Adebo Associates in Nigeria.

He holds a Bachelor of Architecture and Post Graduate Diploma in Architecture from the University of Science and Technology in Ghana, with a New York State license and professional affiliations with the American Institute of Architects and Ghana Institute of Architects.
